The incumbent in this position will answer tier-1 questions from clients over
the telephone and via email. This position requires someone who learns quickly
and has patience with non-technical people asking technical questions.
This position requires regular attendance at training sessions, occasional hands-on
field work and technical sales support (but not selling).
On-call shiftwork is mandatory.
Requirements
Fluent in English. Additional languages (Spanish) are a plus.
Familiarity with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer)
